Capati with Chicken Jalfrezi

Ingredients:

1/2 kg capati flour
1 glass of warm water( agak2 la ni)
1 tsp salt

Methods:

1. Place capati flour in a bowl and pour warm water admixed with salt in the middle and start kneading till it forms a soft consistency (just like making the pizza dough). Adjust the amount of water accordingly.
2. Make into small balsl as big as the fist.
3. Flatten the ball with a rolling pin (Madeehah's favourite task)
4. Take a round plate and place it on the flattened capati. Trace the shape of the plate with a knife.
5. Fry the capati in a hot pan (without oil) till it turns slightly brown. Remove the capati from the pan and place it directly on the fire for a few seconds till it swells (menggelembung).
6. Serve with curry. I serve them with chicken jalfrezi.
