Baba Ghanoush (aubergine dip)

2 aubergine
3 garlic
3 onions
1 tbs tahini paste
parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper

Methods:
1. Cut aubergines into half and roast in the oven for 10 min together with garlic and onions.
2. Remove the skin of the aubergines and blend together with other ingredients.
